    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase with proof of payment.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
    • Refunds are processed within 2 working days after approval.
    • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

    Delivery Policy

    • We deliver across Kenya within 1-3 business days for major towns.
    • Delivery fees apply based on location.
    • Orders outside Nairobi may take 2-4 days.
    • Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
    • In case of delivery delays, we will promptly communicate.
    • The date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, working hours, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

    Steps to follow for damaged/faulty products

    1. Notify Redberyl Kenya immediately after receiving the product. This can be done through the following channels:-A phone call or Whatsapp message to +254780833007 -Email us at info@redberylkenya.com
    2. Capture the name of the product, order number (for orders via website), Customer delivery location, date of order and delivery and the defect in the product.
    3. Where possible, return the damaged/ faulty item with the delivery person.
