Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product with another one of a similar value.
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase with proof of payment.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Refunds are processed within 2 working days after approval.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

- We deliver across Kenya within 1-3 business days for major towns.
- Delivery fees apply based on location.
- Orders outside Nairobi may take 2-4 days.
- Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.
- In case of delivery delays, we will promptly communicate.
- The date of delivery may vary due to courier shipping practices, working hours, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Steps to follow for damaged/faulty products

- Capture the name of the product, order number (for orders via website), Customer delivery location, date of order and delivery and the defect in the product.
- Where possible, return the damaged/ faulty item with the delivery person.
